Ohio Graduation Testing (OGT)

Ravenna High School will be administering the OGT test during the week of March 16, 2015.  This test will be given to all sophomores and to upperclassmen who have not yet reached a proficient level in testing.  The tests will be given as follows: Monday ~ Reading; Tuesday ~ Math; Wednesday ~ Writing; Thursday ~ Science; Friday ~ Social Studies.  Breakfast will be served daily from 7:15-7:35.  Students will then report to their designated testing areas.  The test will be administered between 7:45-9:41, without interruption. Attendance is very important this week.

ALL 10th grade students and 11th and 12th graders still needing to pass the OGT will begin school at 7:15 a.m.  The buses will run their regular routes.  Students not having to test, all 9th graders and most 11th & 12th graders, will be picked up by buses between 9:00-9:15 a.m. at their regular bus stops.  When the buses arrive, all students are to report directly to the Coll Gymnasium.  Students arriving by car should be at the school by 9:30 a.m. and also need to report directly to the Coll Gymnasium.
